It's not without reason that there are high-priced and equally high-quality guitars on the market. Most of the leading brands are made in the USA, with a particular emphasis on handcrafting, although this is only true in very few cases, at least in the true sense of the word. The processing of prefabricated products is more than just an alternative practice, even in the production of custom electric guitars.

However, there are definitely manufacturers who actually manufacture almost entirely by hand. However, most of them are series production or at least industrial partial production, where only the finish is really hand-finished.
However, due to the components and materials used, such prefabricated products are of such a solid and usually good quality that their use and post-processing or adaptation in custom electric guitar construction makes more than sense.
